The Euro-Mediterranean Human Rights Network (EMHRN) is offering an internship to undergraduate, graduate, or newly graduated students at its headquarters in Copenhagen, Denmark starting 1 September 2012. The internship will run for a period of 4 months.
Internships at the EMHRN are highly relevant for students in the fields of Middle East Studies, Law, Human Rights, Migration and Refugee Studies, Law and Development, Political and Social Science, or Anthropology. Applicants with a good working knowledge of Arabic will be preferred.
The intern will mainly assist the project officer based in Copenhagen in dealing with the thematic project: The Rights of Migrants, Refugees, and Asylum Seekers in the Euro-Mediterranean Region.
Work hours: 37 ½ hours per week, with possible adjustments. No salary is paid, but a monthly indemnity of 5662 KR (before taxes) is granted.
