Over the years migration flows have significantly affected not only the structure of the EU and national labour markets but also society as a whole. Understanding national and EU migration legislation, as well as the general framework provided by International Law and non-EU legal systems, has become essential to students' learning and lawyers' professional training. The course will offer the opportunity to explore the European and International Migration Law and to compare the refugee and asylum policies of the European Union and the United States. The program will provide a theoretical and practical training on the topics, focusing on some selected issues.
